Originally from a small town in New Jersey, I got my bachelor's degree in both math and music from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts. After graduation, I lived in Mobile, Alabama for a year as a volunteer for the Jesuit Volunteer Corps.
While in North Carolina, I organize a 5k to raise awareness of Lewy Body Dementia, the second most common form of progressive dementia in the United States.
